Confidence Boost, 2026, oil on board, 11.75 × 16 in.

I can do anything I want. I have choices. I can make a plan and execute it. This is a return to the first painting I remember feeling really good. It was only two inches tall. A meditation in setting boundaries between leaf and wall, shadow and light— in making things clear and bringing focus. The bouquet is from one of the last rooms that felt truly mine.
